The USTA is the only organization that actually charges its customers to make a complaint, even if it’s about them. It is also the only organization outside of the “Justice” system that assumes the customer is always wrong.

I don’t disagree, especially on the second one. $50 they charge .. .. might be they try to discourage the complain/appeal, reducing work load for the volunteers? Hmmmm … still … The work/justice is very shoddy!
